Patagonia Tokyo Shibuya
We set up alongside Patagonia at a pop-up outside their Tokyo Shibuya store. It grew out of a commitment we share — to keep reducing the load we place on the environment — and we brought our gluten-free products out onto the street with them.
KIREI NOTE
A writer visited the store, ate with us, and wrote about the space, the lunch and the sweets.
Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute
Took part in a fair held simultaneously at eight restaurants across Shibuya and Omotesando, serving a limited-time "Alaska Cod in Tomato Stew, Acqua Pazza Style".
Aoyama Gakuin University Fair Trade Lab
A second product developed with the student team: a Gugelhupf cake made with fair-trade cocoa (Valentine limited, ¥590) and a chai latte using fair-trade cinnamon (¥690).

The start of a project with a student team based in the same Omotesando area, co-creating cafe menu items made with fair-trade ingredients.
ETHICAL DESIGN WEEK TOKYO 2025 (co-hosted by Semba and Hakuten)
Served all-vegan catering for more than 100 guests at a sustainability event joined by 79 companies including Mori Building, SMBC and Kokuyo. We used organic soy meat and ran it with zero food waste, and were featured in the official event report. (Held 22–24 October)
ANGFA Co., Ltd.
Co-developed a collaboration-only flavour of the 100% soy protein from "Dr.'s Natural Recipe", made with Uji matcha and released in a limited quantity.

A mango and matcha protein latte, two raw sweets and matcha protein cookies were served exclusively at the Aoyama store.

Our gut-health plate (¥1,430) — built around fermented foods, gluten-free and additive-free ingredients — was covered by a media outlet for the Omotesando and Harajuku area, and also ran on FASHIONSNAP.
PBM (Plant Based Meeting)
A community event centred on plant-based eating, this time built around moving the body.
J-WAVE / BS Asahi
Appeared on a wellness programme to talk about our approach to gut health.
A lighting company in Ebisu
Provided gluten-free and vegan-conscious catering for an in-house event of 80 people.

Supplied vegan food and sweets for a brand event.
Japan Beautiful Gut Association
Our fourth collaboration menu: a soy milk stew of winter vegetables with germinated brown rice mochi, served for two months at ten servings a day (¥1,400 with seaweed salad, vegan-friendly).
