Allergens and how we make our cookies
What we use and what we don’t, stated as facts.
What we don’t use, and what we do
L for You cookies do not use wheat flour or refined cane sugar, and we don’t use eggs. For sweetness, we use agave and other sweeteners instead of refined cane sugar.
On the other hand, we use nuts such as almonds for flavour. The cookies are built from plant-based ingredients, without eggs or dairy. Please also check the ingredients on each product page.
Contamination
We don’t use wheat flour, eggs or dairy, and no wheat is handled in our kitchen. However, we cannot rule out trace contamination that comes from the raw materials themselves — for example, when an ingredient is grown or processed near wheat, eggs or dairy. Some items contain nuts such as walnuts and almonds. Please check the ingredients of each product.
We don’t promise “safety”; we try to give you the information you need to decide, as honestly as we can.
