Good for people. Good for the planet. Delicious.
Founded in September 2017 in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. Committed to gluten-free, additive-free, and organic ingredients, we have operated entirely on renewable electricity (LOOP Electricity) since opening day — no gas, ever.
We track global trends each year at BIOFACH and Natural Products Expo West, bringing the world's latest ethical food practices directly into our kitchen. That accumulated expertise flows directly into every catering we deliver.
Sustainability is embedded in every process — ingredients, cooking, packaging, and disposal.
These commitments can be cited directly in your SDGs report or corporate CSR disclosure.
More than 80% of our menu is vegan-compatible. By using organic soy meat, we reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 60% compared to livestock-based meals — a concrete figure you can cite under SDG 13 (Climate Action).
We actively use organic and naturally grown vegetables sourced from partner farms. Farming without synthetic fertilisers or pesticides reduces the burden on soil and water while protecting the health of both producers and consumers.
Whole-vegetable cooking and S/M/L portion selection with advance allergy/dislike exclusions minimise leftovers. We have been recognised as a Minato Ward Excellent Food Waste Reduction Partner.
Since opening in 2017, all power for our kitchen and store comes from renewable electricity (LOOP Electricity) — we use no gas whatsoever. Zero cooking-related CO2 emissions.
We use bagasse (sugarcane pulp) and bamboo containers, thinned-wood chopsticks, wooden forks, and biomass cups. Fully plastic-free catering is available on request.
Sparkling water is produced on-site via SODA STREAM, eliminating plastic bottles entirely. Removing containers at the source is the most direct approach to the plastic crisis.
Co-hosted by Semba and Hakuten, with 79 participating companies including Mori Building, SMBC, and Kokuyo — a large-scale SDGs and sustainability business event at Toranomon Hills. We delivered all-vegan, zero-food-waste catering to over 100 guests using organic soy meat. The event was featured in the official event report.
